Guys, even though we did not get the double champs, but we paddle with no regrets, cause we know we had done our best in water. So like what mdm gao says, crying will not help to change your race and timing, so now we have to focus on our up-coming competitions and training to win! So save those tears of disappointment and change it to tears of joy!

And i know there’s one thing which all of us did not want and expect it to happen. This will be the last competition coach is with us. Next year, we shall train harder and win double champs for both coaches! Without coach, there wont be us today, so
